Lixsandra Sanchez is a healthcare professional with extensive clinical and research experience. She earned her medical degree in Cuba in 2004 and specialized in Gynecology, providing comprehensive women's healthcare and clinical services for many years before relocating to the United States in 2021.
After moving to the U.S., Ms. Sanchez obtained her Registered Nurse (RN) license and recently completed her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Family Nurse Practitioner training, further expanding her clinical expertise and commitment to patient care.
Ms. Sanchez has extensive experience in clinical research, having served as a Clinical Research Coordinator across multiple therapeutic areas and clinical trial phases. Throughout her research career, she has been responsible for participant recruitment, study coordination, regulatory compliance, source documentation, and protocol execution.
In addition to her coordinator responsibilities, Ms. Sanchez has served as a psychiatric study rater and as an unblinded study team member, supporting investigational product management, accountability, and dispensing procedures in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Her unique combination of medical education, nursing expertise, and clinical research experience enables her to provide exceptional support to research participants while ensuring high-quality study conduct, patient safety, and data integrity.
